He excels in guiding first time investors as well as experienced professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the existing teams database.
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients.
• Coordinate and manage showings and open houses.
• Strategically use negotiation tactics to achieve successful results.
• Draft and critique listing and buyer agreements.
• Must be available for 1 on 1 mentorship.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid California license to practice Real Estate.
• Candidates must have been an active Real Estate agent for at least one year.
• Applicants must have held a license in California for a minimum of one year.
• Must have closed at least 3 units for the past 12 mos.

Compensation

$94,000 - $160,000 per year at plan full commission
