Office Administrator

· Warmly greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls promptly as well as emails
· Client support with online payroll entry programs, timekeeping products, etc.
· Work discreetly with confidential information
· Efficiently handle a high volume of client requests and calls with a positive and energetic approach
· In-Person office position with a Monday through Friday work schedule of 8am to 5pm, assisting outside clients and visitors as needed
· Daily drop off of the mail at the local post office and drop off packages at UPS as neededQualifications:
· High school diploma or an AA or BA in business, administration, or a related field
· Attention to detail with an intense ability to organize and prioritize
· A self-starter, able to work independently though comfortable and successful working collaboratively in a close-knit environment
· Exceptional customer service abilities and experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience with Microsoft Office is a must
· Ability to successfully operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high expectations of performance and daily deadline pressures

Compensation is competitive and determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise.
Duties we hope the position will grow into in time:
· Payroll processing, complete with heavy data entry and with constant time constraints
· Identify and implement structural and procedural changes on a client-specific level during the evolution of the payroll relationship (increase efficiency and accuracy of the payroll)
· Strong typing and data-entry skills (10-key by touch), ability to interpret data effectively, with an outstanding level of accuracy
