LPN Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments to patients.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient health status.
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning.
• Provide basic patient care, such as wound dressings, catheter care, and taking blood samples.
• Collect and maintain patient health information and records.
• Assist with patient grooming, mobility, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and communicate with patients and their families.
• Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols.

RN Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and health status.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and provide patient education.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, nursing assistants, and other support staff.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
• Ensure compliance with medical protocols, safety measures, and regulations.

Qualifications Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and Registered Nurse (RN):

• LPN/RN certification for the state of Florida
• Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
• All applicants must be able to pass a Level 2 background check
