Receptionist

NOW OFFERING DAILY PAY!

Essential Functions :

• Greet persons entering facility, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
• Telephone conversations, email, writing letters and memos, and face to face discussions with individuals and / or team.
• Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
• Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
• Perform Administrative requirements such as completing necessary forms, reports, etc.;
• Provide information to resident / families as necessary, or refer to appropriate department or agency.
• Type and prepare confidential reports / spreadsheets.

Qualifications :

• Education : Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience : Computer experience required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language.

Physical Demands :

• Must be able to life, push, pull and move a minimum of 25 pounds.
• Sits, stands, bends, lifts and moves intermittently during working hours.
• Must be able to assist in the evacuation of residents, if necessary.

Days : Monday, Thursday, Every other Friday and Every other Weekend Saturday / Sunday.

Hours : Monday - 4p-8 : 30p Thursday 4p-8 : 30pm every other Friday 4pm-8 : 30pm Every other Saturday 4p-8 : 30p every other Sunday 8am-4pm

Evenings, weekends and holiday rotation a must, Flexibility during the week for additional hours is a must.

Salary $18 an hour
