The Panther Group is Hiring a Training specialist Near Blaine, MN
Overview
The Panther Group has an immediate need for a Training Specialist in the Blaine, MN area. The Training Specialist will create a sustainable training program and will assist with additional training to bring the Quality Engineer Technician department team up to standards and close training gaps.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with leadership to understand where there are training gaps.
- Work with the site to bring the team up to expectations for training.
- Develop training processes and documentation for future training.
- Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in a quality role such as inspector, analyst, technician, etc. Manufacturing experience is a must have.
Medical device manufacturing experience preferred.
- Project management and training experience required.
- Basic computer skills required : using word processing software, creating spreadsheets, using printers and other work-related equipment, or looking up information online.
Experience using Epicor ERP preferred.
