The Orthopedic Institute of WI is Hiring a Front Office Receptionist Near Franklin, WI

Front Office Medical Receptionist
We have an exciting opportunity for the right individual who has prior customer/patient service experience (medical preferred, but will train the right individual). We are a private orthopedic surgeon group, with 36 providers, who are focused on providing outstanding patient care.

We are looking for a charismatic and patient-service minded team member, who possesses the following attributes:

  • Exemplary work ethic & attendance
  • Understanding of the compassion & kindness needed for handling patients
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to remain professional in a high volume environment
  • Level of professionalism to communicate appropriately with providers, other staff and patients equally
  • Familiarity with (or computer skills) an Electronic Health Record/Schedule

There are schedule options--full-time or part-time. Most are Monday-Friday, between 7:30 AM and 5 PM. We have three main clinic locations in the Wauwatosa and Franklin areas. Travel between clinics is necessary at times.
