Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8a-5p

Job Summary: Optimum Performance Sports is seeking a compassionate and creative full-time Youth Activities Staff to work alongside and support our Youth Activities Coordinator. In this role, you will help in the development and planning of member youth/child activities while driving OPS’s mission by providing an exceptional experience for our members and their children. These activities include arts & crafts, games, and other active programs.

Licensure: CPR within 30 days of hire

Experience: 1-3 years of previous childcare experience is preferred

Education: High School Diploma or GED or currently enrolled. College experience is preferred

Other:

Demonstrates working knowledge of the English language, verbal and written. 

Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition

Outgoing personality

Sincere interest and enthusiasm in engaging with children

Superior customer service skills
