Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain top talent through partnership with client supervisors, job performance coaching, and effective communication with teammates.
• Ensure teammates meet necessary KPIS and attendance requirements by assessing skills, qualifications, and value fit.
• Ensure all reporting is accurate and timely, meeting the client and branch requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and teammates to maintain the success of the partnership and grow the account.

The Ideal Candidate Might Have:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a management/leadership role, preferably from the staffing or service industry
• Strong understanding of the light industrial sector, including manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics. 
• Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office or Google Suite products (i.e. Gmail, Microsoft Word, Google Sheets, etc.). 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and clients at all levels. (in-person and over the phone)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client and teammate relationships.
• Willingness to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
