JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description

What you'll do as : Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and VFD drives and power transmission equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electric, air systems, and hydraulic mechanical systems
- Help set up new machines and implement upgrades to support the manufacturing process
- Perform general plumbing and building repairs as required
- Maintain and operate wire and stick welding equipment, brazing, and cutting torches
Work Experience
The preferred candidate has :
- 3 years’ experience in repairing and maintaining electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical systems and performing preventive maintenance programs
- Knowledge of lockout / tagout, confined space, electrical safety, and OSHA standards
- Ability to identify potential maintenance problems and recommend potential solutions
- Reading and interpreting repair instructions
- Recent Technical school graduate in any of the following programs : Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or Industrial Maintenance in lieu of experience
