The Olympic Club is hiring for part-time Outside Services Attendants to join our Golf Operations Team. At The Olympic Club, our members enjoy 2 campuses, 19 sports, world-renowned golf courses, exceptional social and athletic programs as well as 18 hotel rooms and 5 Food & Beverage outlets. Our City Clubhouse is located one block from Union Square and within easy walking distance of the Powell Street BART station. Our Lakeside Clubhouse sits next to the ocean on the border of San Francisco and Daly City.

The Olympic Club offers employees free golf on Mondays at our Lakeside campus and a variety of sports and social events for employees throughout the year as well as lunch and dinner provided every day.

Position Summary:

Our Outside Service Attendants have the role of being our hospitality ambassadors for the Club as they greet members, valet and wash cars, prep golf carts, store and retrieve golf bags, clean golf clubs, coordinate caddie requests, maintain the driving range and range pavilion and provide range balls to golfers. Successful candidates will have a professional work ethic, hospitality demeanor, be reliable, a team player and trustworthy with the desire and ability to provide world class service to our membership.

This position requires flexible scheduling and the ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends as needed based on golf play and tournaments.

Interested candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Able and willing to run and stand for long periods of time
• Able and willing to work holidays, evenings, weekends and overtime as requested
• Possess a current, valid California State Driver License with clean DMV record
• Able to safely drive and park vehicles of all sizes with automatic and manual transmissions
• Fluent oral English communication skills and intermediate English written communication skills
• Computer literate/able to efficiently operate a handheld computer and POS system
• Hospitality demeanor to assist with enforcing Club policies and rules with members and guests
• Prior valet or golf club experience preferred
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
