QUALIFICATIONS:
- Lives within 25 minutes of Savannah
- Has their own reliable transportation
- Experience in administrative support such as assistant role, or similar
- Experience in Real Estate is a plus but not required
- Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
- Ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
- Excellent professional communication skills both verbal and written
- Is coachable and loves to learn
- Reliable and on time
- Has a positive, upbeat attitude and excitement for work and life
- Problem solver and solution oriented
- Can juggle multiple tasks

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Increases productivity by creating and following office protocols
-Serve as liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers during the process of a real estate sale and effectively manage the administrative tasks involved in closing a sale
- Create timelines and follow up with individuals as needed to ensure all deadlines are met and contingencies are released
- Prepare mail outs, marketing materials, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our brand and services
- Schedule and keep track of showings, appointments, closings, photoshoots, open houses, etc.
- Manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up, and office administration
- Purchase office equipment and pay invoices as needed
