Specialty B2B Sales - Outside Sales Rep
Job Overview:
As our B2B Business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Sales Rep to build relationships in several National territories. The ideal Candidate will be happy and productive working remotely, effectively managing their own schedule, driving to and from potential customers and working from a home office.

The Sales Representative role is truly a ‘Sales Warrior’ job: The role is split between researching, planning, scheduling appointments with, and developing new accounts, in addition to working with current relationships/accounts within the territory to increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:
  • This role will support our company’s growth and profitability strategy, by becoming a brand ambassador and an advocate of our brand.
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities with existing customers you work with and with potential prospects.
  • Generate and transmit sales reports weekly.
  • Attend Conferences and Trade shows as required.
  • Ability to travel and to be active in the field visiting potential and existing customers and canvassing areas for leads.
  • Home office work and outreach
Key Skills and Experience:
  • At least 3 years of previous work experience in Retail, Sales or Business Development capacity.
  • Tenacious, self-starter, highly motivated mindset.
  • No fear of cold-calling, or rejection.
  • Knowledge of Consultative Sales approach, and realistic expectations around cycles and processes.
  • Proactive approach; ability to work independently and report results back to Management.
  • Highly organized, disciplined and effective at time management; ability to meet deadlines is imperative.
  • Exceptional Interpersonal skills; confident, enthusiastic and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to listen, negotiate and effectively persuade others.
  • Technically proficient
  • Ability to work from a home office and access to reliable transportation.
  • Comfort and desire to spend the majority of working hours driving, traveling from customer-to-customer.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a contractor (1099), commission-based role.
