As a Sales Coordinator, you are committed to delivering excellence to both internal and external customers. You have a consistent track record of striving to achieve results, convey a powerful desire to play a key role in coordinating all administrative and operational aspects of the sales process. You are knowledgeable on the preparation of sales proposals, order processing, organizing internal product development projects, preparing materials for trade shows and sales meetings, and project management.

You can easily connect with customers, establishing rapport, identifying their needs, and providing solutions. About the Job:
  • Preparing Sales Proposals
  • Compiling Materials for Meetings
  • Project Management Support.
  • Manage distribution of sales materials, brochures, promotional items, and product samples.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing events, Showroom Set up.
  • Setup and monitor sales processes. Identify bottlenecks in the sales process Suggest solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team.
  • Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates.
  • Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products.
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone.
  • Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports.
  • Performs other clerical duties as needed.
  • Work closely with the Logistics and Sales Operations team.
What you’ll need to bring to the table:
  • Strong written and verbal communication ability
  • Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail and drive to deliver results
  • Strong computer skills with a thorough knowledge base of Microsoft Excel required
  • Strong fact-based and intuitive decision-making skills
  • Ability to identify and apply systems solutions to business problems.

  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Quick learner willing to expand knowledge base
Education and Experience:
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in sales support role or similar business role
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, and marketing or equivalent
  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator, sales assistant or in other administrative positions required
  • Advance excel knowledge.
