The Manager for The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Employee Pre-Boarding Center will contribute to the development and execution of the organizations mission, vision and values and strategic plan. This position is responsible for managing the daily operations and customer service of pre-boarding activities such as but not limited to I-9 processing, background checks and badging requests. This position will lead and support a positive customer service experience for all our candidates and customers and will focus on developing a collaborative team, ensuring the team is providing personalized interactions. In addition, this position is responsible for managing, reviewing and leading the decision for the adjudication process for all background check results with the HR recruitment team including consulting with legal to provide guidance on selection related compliance issues. This position will also work closely with members of the HR team on compliance, auditing, reporting, and other data visualization tools to ensure an effective, efficient and people-focused experience.
Minimum Requirement
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 years relevant experience, or, equivalent experience and education preferred
