The Purpose of Your Role
The billing manager is responsible for leading and planning billing operations. They are responsible for designing, implementing, and enforcing policies and procedures and streamlining effective billing processes across multiple disciplines. The billing manager performs all billing transactions and supervises the billing and collection operations to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims, payments, prompt collections, and aggressive denial management. They resolve complex billing issues and initiate innovative billing functions.
