The Oaks at Eagle Creek Golf Club is Hiring Kitchen Staff!

Job Overview:

We are seeking Kitchen staff to join our fun and friendly crew. The ideal candidates will assist in various kitchen duties to ensure the smooth operation of our food service establishment.
Part-time and Seasonal positions available, day and evening shifts - Free Golf for Employees!

Open positions:

Line Cooks and Fry Cooks (wage based on experience)
Dishwashers starting at $13.00/hour (Age 15 minimum)
Expos starting at $10.85/hour (Age 15 minimum)

Responsibilities:

- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
- Support banquet and restaurant operations by bussing tables and cleaning
- Plate and style food for final presentation to customers
- Adhere to food safety standards and protocols
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Help with food handling and storage procedures, organization and inventory

Requirements:

- Experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and adherence to MN Food Code
- Familiarity with basic food preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Can-do attitude!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.85 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 20 per week
