TITLE: Overnight Front Desk Agent
HOURS: 11PM-7AM, flexible as to which days. Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
PAY RATE: Starting at $20/hour, adjusted based on experience

ABOUT THE JOB:
· Welcome and greet guests, ensuring superior service.
· Assist with check in/out and reception/concierge duties.
· Assist guests with general services and questions about the hotel and the area.
· Act as overnight manager
ABOUT YOU:
· Proven computer skills. Prior experience with resort management software a plus
· Ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone with people of all ages
· Comfortable with guest recovery
· Confident asking for help when necessary
· Calm and assertive during emergency situations
· Independent worker
