The Role:
The Packaging Operator role is one of the most critical positions in food manufacturing. Packing high quality, safe, and compliant products that will delight the consumer. Successful candidates have an unwavering commitment to quality, are positive team players, and are flexible and adaptable.
The Packaging Operator role is responsible for full proficiency in the entirety of the GMP process. The Packaging Operator completes required documentation, precise assembly and disassembly of machinery, and the appropriate order of operations.
Currently operators work four days a week – 10-hour shifts, Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday. Pay range is $18-$20 DOE. Check us out!
