Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Host/Cashier. If you have a passion for providing excellent guest service and enjoy working in a hospitality environment, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Seat guests and manage reservations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system

- Pack all take out order and hand to food couriers correctly
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the restaurant or hotel services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and cashier station
- Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure smooth guest service

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Proficiency in using POS systems, experience with Aloha POS is a plus
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of food service operations is advantageous

Pay: $9.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
