The Neurology Center is looking for Medical Assistants to join our practice in our Escondido office. The Medical Assistant II will work alongside our Physicians and Advanced Practitioners to assist our patients and ensure their care needs are being met. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Rooming patients
• Taking vital signs
• Obtaining basic medical history from patients
• Returning messages from patients
• Assisting Providers during clinic

Requirements:

• Medical Assistant certification

Preferred experience:

• 1-2 years prior Medical Assistant experience (preferred)
• EPIC EMR experience (preferred)
• Prior Neurology experience (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
