Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately - Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area - Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner Qualifications: - Previous experience in food service or the coffee industry is preferred but not required - Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes - Familiarity with retail math for inventory management - Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Understanding of food safety practices and procedures - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Skills: - Food preparation - Math (basic math, retail math) - Retail experience (food service, coffee) - Food safety knowledge - Cash register operation - Customer service Join our team as a Barista and be part of creating an exceptional coffee experience for our customers.
