- Developing and creating unique cocktail recipes that embody the Nest rooftop lounge's vibe and atmosphere
- Ensuring high standards of quality and consistency in all beverages served

- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, as well as monitoring inventory levels
- Collaborating with the bar team and management to contribute to the lounge's overall success
