Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Head Teller to join our team. The Assistant Head Teller will be responsible for assisting the Head Teller in overseeing daily teller operations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient cash handling procedures.

Duties:

- Supervise and support teller staff in daily operations
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
- Assist customers with account inquiries, discrepancies, and problem resolution
- Promote financial products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain cash drawer and vault accuracy
- Train new tellers on policies, procedures, and systems
- Monitor and adhere to security protocols and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a financial institution or banking environment
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship management
- Proficiency in basic math and financial transactions
- Knowledge of financial services products and banking procedures
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems
- Background in financial sales or services

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
