The Neal & Neal Team at Keller Williams Realty is Hiring a Real Estate Listing Agent Near San Antonio, TX

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to partner with our rapidly growing organization! Our ideal candidate is an experienced Real Estate Sales Agent who loves to list homes, negotiate win-win outcomes, and enjoys a fast-paced environment. You will be provided with a fast flow of seller leads from various sources and all of the leverage (Listing Manager, Runner, Transaction Team, etc.) to sell a high volume of properties while still maintaining a balanced lifestyle. This is an exciting opportunity to join the top team in the city and put your exceptional people skills to good use to make a six-figure income.

Compensation:

$100,000

Responsibilities:
  • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes a thorough CMA
  • Provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies and staging homes for sale
  • Work alongside the Listing Manager to get your properties on the market
  • Maintain consistent lead follow-up until the prospect lists or decides not to sell
  • Evaluate showing feedback and reevaluate pricing as needed
  • Effectively oversee negotiations for sellers
  • Consult with clients to ensure 5-star service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close
Qualifications:
  • Current Texas Real Estate License
  • Excellent understanding of the market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
  • 1 year of prior experience with listing properties
  • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
  • Team player who believes their success is the organization’s success
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
