PLACE is Hiring a Real Estate Sales Agent (Luxury) Near San Antonio, TX

Who You Are

You are an emerging real estate agent interested in evolving into a top luxury leader. You have been in real estate for two to three years and produce an annual volume between $5 and $10 million. Real estate is your career destination so you are seeking mentorship from an iconic luxury agent. Cultivating your own business is exciting to you and you will also work hard to partner with your luxury mentor to serve his/her luxury clients.

You recognize that a bit of business structure and a proven playbook will fastback your business growth while saving you time and energy. Your world is better when growing with others, appreciating the camaraderie and synergies that come with a team.

While committed to your clients and business, you are also committed to the community you serve. Your perfect “PLACE” prioritizes giving and emphasizes the importance of doing good for others.

Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

  • Excellent time management skills

Valid TX real estate license required to join the team (but not to apply).

Compensation

$100,000 - $200,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
