Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. Duties: - Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals - Conduct thorough market research to identify key industry trends and opportunities - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support - Present product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients - Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized solutions that meet the needs of clients - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently exceeding expectations - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports Qualifications: - Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in the technology sales industry - Strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information to clients - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Self-motivated with a strong drive for success and achieving targets - Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities - Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or similar tools We offer competitive compensation packages including base salary plus commission, along with comprehensive benefits.
