From our Washington D.C. headquarters, your role connects you with some of the most brilliant minds from iconic companies such as Campbell's, Boeing, SC Johnson, USG, A.O. Smith, and Sherwin-Williams, to name a few. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Strategic Communities within the Finance and Administration Division, this isn't just a job; it's an invitation to influence change, to contribute to a movement where your work genuinely matters and helps craft the narrative of U.S. manufacturing. Join the NAM and Make an Impact in the Following Ways: Streamline data management and ensure timely communication within the organization. Coordinate board meetings, document proceedings, and liaise with the Chair for seamless board management. Facilitate the production and distribution of marketing collateral. Schedule and manage logistics for various organizational interactions. Maintain records of member engagement to support community-building efforts. Circulate pertinent updates on IRI and MLC programs to enhance organizational coherence. Event and Project Coordination: 30% of your role.Lead the organization of virtual events and maintain updated content across digital platforms. Curate and manage member content libraries, working in tandem with colleagues. Administer the logistics of awards programs, including the curation of winner archives and event material coordination. The above list of responsibilities is representative of the position and is not intended to limit or preclude other responsibilities and tasks that may be associated with or added to the position. Supervisory Responsibilities: No direct or indirect reports We are looking for Team Players who meet the Following Criteria: Proven experience in administrative or coordination roles. Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to adopt new technologies. Excellent communication skills, ensuring clarity in all interactions. High school diploma holder with relevant certifications favorably considered. A meticulous organizer with the foresight to manage complex schedules and data with precision. Adept at coordinating across teams, you facilitate key communications and marketing initiatives. An active contributor to member services and internal information dissemination. Recognized for your integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information. Committed to professional development and adaptable to evolving organizational needs.
