Duties:
- Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the beauty salon operations
- Supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure efficient inventory control and stocking
- Handle cash and card transactions
- Oversee services quality and consistency
- Coordinate brival events and ensure smooth execution
- Manage shifts effectively, ensuring proper staffing levels and adherence to company policies

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales is required
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, cash handling, and food production
- Ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proven social media and graphic design knowledge
