Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Server. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. Duties: - Greet guests and seat them at their tables - Provide menus and answer any questions regarding menu items - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals - Assist with bussing and resetting tables as needed - Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred - Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional service - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in phone etiquette - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant point-of-sale systems is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for growth within our organization.
