We are seeking a Project Manager, Integrations Operations on a contract basis to support the community and help foster a safe culture in VR. This individual will also be responsible for delivering qualitative and quantitative insights into operations and providing recommendations to improve the overall experience for the community. The Integrations Operations team is responsible for building and scaling operations for emerging cross Global Operations and critical new product launches like safety in the company. The role is 100% remote to these locations: Baltimore, MD, Boston, MA, Houston, TX, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Menlo Park, CA .
What You’ll Do:
Run day-to-day integrity operations
Improve operations by conducting root cause analysis (RCAs) and finding areas of opportunity
Report project status, risks, and needs to product on a regular cadence
Manage completion/progress of project timelines
Support new product launches, e.g. testing new features
Triage escalations and drive them to completion
Ensures product needs and priorities are met via calibration and alignment
Analyse data by building basic SQL queries, pivot tables
Run system audits and quality tests
Must-Haves:
6 years of relevant work experience
Passionate data-driven individual with project management experience in operations
Proficiency in data tools, advanced Excel skills, building pivots, and analyzing data
Ability to learn fast and comfortable with operating in ambiguity
Knowledgeable about virtual reality (VR) and social experiences (e.g. Rec Room, VR Chat) is nice to have
Ability to work in a fast-paced, often high-pressured environment is nice to have
Ability to thrive in a cross-functional setting is a nice to have
Education:
Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Certification in Data Analysis would be helpful, but not required
Hours & Location:
40 hours/week . This role will be 100% remote .
Candidate must be able to cover weekend shifts on rotation with other CW. They will get to choose two other days to have off from M-F.
