Responsibilities:Raw Material Regulatory Documents:
Work with chemists to maintain all needed regulatory documents for each raw material: coding document.
Maintain and update the raw material coding document.
Formula Regulatory Documents:
Prepare and update regulatory procedures prior to product launch
Maintain up-to-date Testing Dossier and/or Bridge Documents for each formula.
Partner with teams to ensure all data is submitted accurately and efficiently.
Work with project managers to ensure all regulatory requests from brands are answered.
Product Registration:
Gather, compile, and prepare materials necessary for registration and submission to regulatory agencies.
Art review:
Work alongside chemist and project managers to ensure all needed information is on pack: primary, secondary, etc
Document work:
Scan & file documents.
Ad hoc duties as needed and assigned.
Qualifications:

• College diploma a must
• Strong computer skills including PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to meet governmental deadlines and work independently
