We are a full-service CPA firm located in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. We are looking for an experienced Tax Accountant to join our growing team. Job responsibilities/skills can include:
Prepare and review individual, corporate and partnership returns
Prepare or review financials/client documents and data
Prepare payroll tax returns and sales tax returns
Skills, education and experience requirements: * Strong computer skills in QuickBooks, Excel and Word. Lacerte and Drake experience a plus.
Must have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, self-motivation and be a team player.
3-5 years of experience required
Bachelor degree in Accounting and/or Tax required – Masters degree a plus. EA, CPA or CPA candidate preferred
Willing to work additional hours during peak season times
