Our organization is looking for a Client Services professional to join our team of Cosmetic Dermatology experts. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, including scheduling appointments, answering questions, and helping to resolve any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and a strong understanding of the cosmetic dermatology field.

Responsibilities:

  • Functions in goal-oriented team - respects monthly goals and ultimately accountable for monthly and annual studio budgets (as defined by The Modern Aesthetics management team)
  • Respects The Modern Aesthetics culture, and abides by The Modern Aesthetics Culture Guide
  • Responsible for creating an unrivaled customer experience
  • Maintains an expert level knowledge of all company products and services as well as competitive products and industry trends
  • Receive and respond to client appointment requests and texts
  • Receive and respond to client questions via WIX and Instagram DMs/comments
  • Acts as the point person for all in studio patients from escorting them within the facility to providing both pre and post treatment guidelines for care, recovery and optimal results
  • Maintains detailed records within the company's patient management system with regard to patient treatments, outcomes and other required medical input
  • On a daily basis, responsible for following up on marketing leads
  • From time to time (as needed), responsible for mining through Brilliant Distinctions and Aspire points in order to identify potential client leads
  • With the Studio Director, coordinates customer post visit product swag, samples and giveaways.
  • Manages individual patient consulting as needed for company products and services
  • Proactively and within the context of individual patient needs, cross-sells other company products and services on a consultative basis
  • In coordination with providers, supports the maintenance of The Modern Aesthetic decor within waiting area and treatment rooms
  • In coordination with providers, ensures treatment rooms are maintained in a healthy and clean manner
  • Create and post content to Business social media being sure to tag fellow co-workers to boost engagement
  • Participates in The Modern Aesthetic events (parties) - both onsite and offsite
  • Reports to Studio Manager

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

  • Customer service: 3 years (Required)
  • Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Computer skills: 3 years (Required)
