Junior Attorney - Medical Malpractice Defense

Recent Law School Graduates: We are excited to mentor a bright and motivated individual who is eager to learn the intricacies of medical malpractice defense.
Attorneys with 2-4 Years of Experience: We welcome attorneys with a proven track record in medical malpractice defense or a related field.
In this role, you will:
Gain comprehensive experience in all aspects of medical malpractice defense litigation, including pre-trial discovery, motion practice, witness preparation, trial preparation, and client communication.
Work closely with partners and paralegals on case strategy, legal research, and drafting legal documents.
Conduct thorough legal research and prepare insightful legal memoranda on complex medical and legal issues.
Assist with client communication by preparing timely and clear summaries of hearings, depositions, and conferences.
Develop strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
Manage deadlines effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure all matters are handled efficiently.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school (for recent graduates) or minimum 2-4 years of experience in medical malpractice defense (for experienced attorneys).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
A passion for healthcare law and a commitment to providing excellent client service.
