GENERAL MANAGER
Looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual to lead our experienced and dedicated staff as General Manager of the iconic Million Dollar Cowboy Bar, consistently named one of the Top 10 honky tonks in America.
Requirements:
5 years Bar/Restaurant/Management required. Club/honky tonk experience preferred.
Ability to recognize and understand the importance of managing and being a steward of an iconic establishment.
Exceptional Leadership with ability to motivate and engage the team to understand the importance of providing high level hospitality in an iconic environment.
Exemplary Customer Service Training skills with a keen understanding of creating a genuine experience in a high profile environment.
Ability make quick and appropriate decisions in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
Ability to handle patron concerns with great skill and gratitude.
Extensive experience with business management, including Budgets, Inventory Control, P&L reporting.
Responsibilities:
Keen understanding of managing a business in a high profile environment.
Execute a sound business plan around all aspects of the establishment, which include on a macro level creating and managing budgets, detailed monthly P&L reports, and setting and attaining goals.
Hire and Train staff to provide excellent service to patrons and keenly understand the importance of that service in a iconic environment.
Interact with patrons to develop loyalty for our national brand.
Create an environment of high level hospitality along with the top priority of maintaining the safety of our patrons and staff.
Manage all other aspects related to the operations, which include liquor and labor costs, supplies, and maintenance.
Execute Safety and Security plan for the safety of patrons and staff.
Execute detailed management plans around national and regional acts that frequent the establishment.
Oversee the planning and participating in private and promotional events.
Compensation starts at $100,000 depending on experience, higher range for well qualified individuals.
