Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Kitchen Team Member. As a member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Skills:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and knife skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Familiarity with menu planning and catering is a plus
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate special requests
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic understanding of food handling procedures and safety protocols
