Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant. As an Assistant, you will provide support to the management team and ensure smooth operations within the hotel. Responsibilities: - Assist with guest relations, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests - Answer phone calls and inquiries, providing information about hotel services and amenities - Support hotel management in various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining records - Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues - Assist with night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports - Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns or issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations throughout the hotel Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable - Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
