The Maryland Center for Complete Dentistry is a small business in Owings Mills, MD. We are bold, engaging and our goal is to Provide excellent patient service is a fun and engaging atmosphere where patients feel appreciated and want to send us their friends and family..

Our dental office is in need of a receptionist who can effectively greet patients, welcome guests, and make appointments. The ideal candidate will have a friendly telephone voice with strong customer service skills, and they will be trained to be familiar with dental terminology. The receptionist will also work with the administrative team to schedule appointments, and they will handle different incoming inquiries.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle patient calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Follow up with patients after dental procedures.
  • Understand and respond to patient concerns.
  • Route phone calls correctly to the person in the office who should receive them
  • Track New Patient calls with tabulation forms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
