Richard J. Kuntz, DDS is Hiring a Front Desk Dental Receptionist Near Owings Mills, MD

Administrative responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-Scheduling patients

-Managing patient accounts

-Working with insurance companies (i.e., mail required information to insurance, call to resolve issues)

-Processing dental claims (i.e., coding services rendered)

-Answering calls/responding to messages

-Entering insurance/patient payments

-File invoices/patient EOBs

-Handle mail

-Keeping up with patients' ongoing insurance claims

-Forwarding patient information to the doctor's receptionist in other office

Skills:

-Efficient organization

-Warm personality

-Strong communication

Requirements:

-2 years experience with dental coding

-1 year of experience with receptionist work

-Eaglesoft program experience

-Experience with CareCredit

*Looking for someone long-term in this position

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

Schedule:

  • No nights
  • No weekends

Experience:

  • Dental receptionist: 2 years (Required)

Ability to Relocate:
