Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone to help take multiple aspects of our marketing and social media presence to the next level. They will also assist with the process of listing homes for sale. This person will enjoy a workday that is focused around the marketing and public facing side of our team and business. They have a quick mind and an eye for graphics and design. They also understand the basics behind the sales process and importance of customer service in every role on the team. They don’t have to love Excel but they don’t run away when they see a spreadsheet.

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Support our team in the growth and cultivation of the relationships we have with our clients and contacts to generate new client referrals
• Primary marketing responsibilities
• Email marketing
• Organizing and hosting client events and seminars
• Social media marketing
• Video creation: short-form (Reels, TikTok, etc.) and long-form (YouTube)
• Print media creation (flyers, postcards, presentation packets, etc.)

Reporting and Management Responsibilities:

• Report key performance indicators for the sales team on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
• Responsible for growth in sales and lead generation through marketing efforts
• Monthly meetings with the sales partners to report and gauge leads and marketing efforts
• Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new team members
• Assist in maintaining and improving our Contact Management System
• Prepare and review monthly market reports on the local real estate market for presentation to clients and in marketing

Skills and Abilities:

• Must Have: A “Customer Comes First” mentality
• Must Have: Practical knowledge or experience using social media in marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• General graphic design skills
• General knowledge of typical office systems and programs and CRM systems
• Experience with basic website updates (ex. WordPress, or other template based sites)

Compensation:

Hourly Bonus. The hourly rate will vary based on skills and experience. Our bonus component could be a sizeable addition to annual pay.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
