As a Sign Installation Technician at HighNote, you’ll have the opportunity to utilize your experience with precise measurement and placement to assemble and install various types of exterior and interior signage to meet the needs of the project and exceed our customers expectation. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The Sign Installation Technician will work closely with the Sign Manager to ensure that all work is Installed and finished for our clients in compliance with job specifications and company quality standards. The installation technician works in accordance with the workload schedule to meet the client’s timeframe requirements utilizing PressWise and Microsoft Teams systems. Monitors installation vehicle maintenance to make sure all maintenance is completed as needed, also assists in finishing and packing within the sign division to ensure deadlines and due dates are met to quality standards that meet or exceeds clients expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary.
- Meeting the department production and quality goals.
- Playing a key role in meeting company-wide profitability and customer satisfaction goals.

- Maintaining personal productivity and quality standards that ensure attractive financial returns so that the company may continue to provide excellent service to our clients and ensure job security and career growth for our staff.
- Install or finish various sign projects utilizing equipment including:
- Basic Cordless tools such as drills, Sawzall’s, and Various other tools
- Gas powered Generators, Augers, and post Drivers
- Adhesives and Basic Attachment hardware
- Utilize and maintain Installation Vehicle (2020 Ford Transit Mid roof)
- Other responsibilities for the Installation Technician within the sign projects, weeding, hemming, trimming, include operation of:
- Laminator
- Grommet Machine
- Router
- Various Cordless and basic hand tools
- Complete Client Installations in their assigned areas.
- Learn all other aspects of sign production including Finishing and Packaging
- Working in other roles as needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience in sign installation, electrical work or construction
- Customer and quality focused, ability to work well in a team setting.
- High Energy, Trustworthy, Detail Oriented & Organized
- Ability to travel and work overtime (as necessary)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping.
- Ability to work at heights, on ladders, and in confined spaces
- Ability to stand, walk and bend for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced.
