The Marek Group is Hiring an Account Executive- Triptych Sales Enablement Near Prairie, MN

Position: Account Executive
Summary
The key role of the Account Executive is to assemble and lead their Account Team directing implementation of our clients marketing and sales support activities through our proprietary TRIPTYCH Sales Empowerment platform. The successful candidate will proactively grow account revenue and manage Clients needs and expectations with a focus on strategies that most quickly and cost effectively exceeds our clients’ sales expectations.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Retention and growth within client adoption and utilization and TRIPTYCH Revenue
  • Manage strategic planning and implementation of the day-to-day relationship with assigned clients ensuring the fastest, most cost-effective strategy to meet our clients’ sales objective cross media tactics.
  • Manage ongoing Customer Success of assigned accounts. and management, development of new opportunities and ongoing revenue streams, and cross selling of new modules/features. Coordinate client review meetings to review solutions and ensure customer value. Solicit and report on feedback to ensure we is providing the highest value.
  • Develop campaigns and manage resources to maximize adoption and utilization of the TRIPTYCH platform in all facets of the client’s sales and marketing operation while maintaining service standards while managing budget and deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external clients to build a good working relationship with the client. Ensure an understanding of the client’s needs and objectives while effectively managing resources to meet budget and deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain a broad background in our core competencies to ensure the ability to design customer solutions based on a comprehensive knowledge of the clients’ business. Adapt to and quickly learn new technologies and products.
Qualifications
  • Natural leader who can earn trust quickly and command authority in core areas
  • Life-longer learner with a thirst for acquiring new competencies - Drive to continue to develop knowledge of evolving technologies with the ability to apply real world situations.
  • Bachelors Degree is required; marketing, advertising, mass communications/journalism or related field with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • 5-8 years’ sales/account management experience, preferably in decentralized sales environment with a successful track record in customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a larger team and proactively offer solutions.
  • Ability to juggle competing priorities and multi-task within a creative, results-driven environment.
  • Experience with highly regulated industries (Healthcare preferred)
