The Payroll Specialist II is responsible for the processing and reconciling of divisional payrolls.This position will assist in all areas of payroll department as well as provide support to managers and payroll staff in the field.

This position is located in Milwaukee, WI. 

What you will be doing:

1. Process, reconciles and confirm divisional payrolls, including balancing earnings and deductions
2. Ensures accurate calculation of all associates pay
3. Compiling data such as garnishments, tax levies, child support orders, etc
4. Entering general deductions and reconcile payments
5. Process direct deposit applications
6. Interact in a positive, “customer-service focused” manner with all levels of the organization via both verbal and written communication
7. Create, organize and maintain files
8. Assist in system testing
9. Work on projects as assigned 

What we are looking for:

1. Two to three years ofpayroll experience with knowledge of MicroSoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.Prefer both timekeeping system and PeopleSoft experience
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to perform multiple priorities with minimal supervisor
4. Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills with the ability to represent the company in a professional manner
