PART TIME RECEPTIONIST/CONCIERGE (NEW Luxury Senior Living)

The Manor Village at Desert Ridge is a NEW family owned/operated LUXURY senior living community in the PRIME location of Desert Ridge. The community features resort style amenities and services catering to Independent, Assisted and Memory Care Residents. Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors, ensure that they sign-in and out in the Accushield system and respond to all requests
• Promptly answers telephone, directing incoming communications to appropriate person
• Demonstrates an ability to know each resident and family member by addressing by name
• Type office documents as required
• Update Communications Book to advise all employees of any incidents during the shift worked
• Organize Resident Maintenance request
• Enter all maintenance requests into the Yardi maintenance system
• Organize Transportation requests
• Place Transportation requests in Transportation mail slot or contact Transportation Coordinator if urgent
• Ensures residents and/or responsible parties sign residents out when they leave the community using Accushield
• Forward inquiry calls to Lifestyle Marketing Director or Move In Coordinator
• Document and respond to marketing inquiries in the Yardi CRM database
• Offer refreshments and fresh fruit, baked item, etc. to visitors, where applicable
• Ensure inquiry forms are always available at the welcome desk
• Ensure that current and up to date marketing literature is available at all times at the welcome desk
• Complete all in person drop-in inquiries by providing a personalized tour when Leasing Team unavailable
• Keep reception/welcome desk, lobby and lounge areas clean and neat, free of clutter and trash

Qualifications

• Previous Concierge experience with multi-line telephone system and capable of teaching others
• Demonstrates proficient computer skills (word processing, email, internet, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to work in a team setting and be a team player
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and professional approach with coworkers and residents
• Possess organizational skills
• Possess excellent customer service and public relations skills
• Ability to periodically move about on foot in the community to perform security checks and assist residents, particularly for long distances or periods
