The Assistant Manager is responsible for the following, including but not limited to:

• Ordering studio supplies
• Maintaining great studio appearance
• Working with the manager to reach sales goals
• Maintaining a positive and FUN work environment
• Cleaning and maintenance list completion
• Receiving and unpacking pottery
• Organizing team activities
• Maintaining studio supplies
• Pottery display areas

The Mad Potter is seeking an Assistant Manager who:

• has a positive attitude and is fun!
• is a people person and loves working with children
• highly values exceptional customer service
• is creative and artistic, but NO ARTISTIC EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
• is flexible regarding work scheduling and willing to work weekends and some nights and holidays
• is extremely organized and detail-oriented
• experience with a point of sale system is a plus
• management experience is a plus but is not required

Wages -- Starting hourly wage is $11 an hour plus tips, with tips ranging from $3 to $5 an hour
