What You Will Do
Lead the charge for effective leasing and property management for the best properties in town!
  • Effectively lead, direct and manage the day to day functions of one or more properties
  • Communicate the features and benefits of the property while building rapport and providing great leasing services
  • Budget and manage leasing sales
  • Negotiate vendor contracts for the property
  • Explain and assist with the completion of applications and leasing agreements
  • Train and develop staff to provide excellent service
  • Frequently sitting, standing and walking. Occasionally lifting up to 15 lbs
What You Will Need
  • Management or supervisory experience- 1 to 2 years minimum (service-oriented industry)
  • Attention to detail and a knack for explaining the features available on property
  • Technical experience and effective computer skills- Yardi experience preferred
  • The ability to multi-task and to follow-up with potential renters, vendors and residents
  • Exceptional communications both over the phone and in-person
