We are seeking the right person to be a Property Manager at one of our locations in the Omaha Metro Area. LockBox Storage has several locations in the Omaha Metro Area. You will be part of our local team. You'll be part of a team passionate about providing exceptional customer service to their customers. We need leaders who are responsible, passionate, and innovative as they take charge of the day-to-day operations at our self-storage facilities.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of one or more facilities
• Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements
• Develop customer relationships by identifying their storage needs and providing solutions
• Improve sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies
• Post payments, pursue collections, and process daily deposits
• Ensure the facility meets the highest cleanliness standards through general maintenance duties
• Work independently on daily tasks as well as cooperate with team members and other stores in the area
• Keep the facility clean, organized and units ready to rent

Your Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience (i.e. retail sales, sales associate, front desk, site management, and/or other customer service roles)
• 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role is helpful, but not required
• Intermediate computer skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
• Valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED equivalent, a college education is a plus
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds without assistance
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Pass a criminal background check
