Reporting to the F&B leadership team, the barista will ensure that all guests are treated warmly and provided with world-class service in addition to making and serving drinks and food as per standard.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, drip coffee, alcoholic beverages, and food items.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, engaging with guests to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the coffee bar, equipment, and lounge.
• Ring up sales and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure safety and sanitation standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred.
• TABC alcohol server certification, or ability to obtain.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
