Hotel Sales Admin Assistant

Location: Lake Ozark, MO, 65049

Job Description:

The Hotel Sales Admin Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the hotel sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining records
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
• Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and contracts
• Coordinate and attend sales meetings and events
• Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
