Qualifications:

• Experience in a hospital or medical business office preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks quickly based on need and time sensitivity
• Capable of multitasking while remaining organized and courteous
• Proficient PC skills in a business setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Tasks:

• Make daily collection calls
• Conduct account research and analysis
• Prepare and maintain various reports
• Maintain an accurate aging report
• Identify and execute the necessary process adjustments
• Send statements to outstanding customers
• Reconcile A/R to the G/L
• Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues
